This Role
Our ideal candidates have excellent sales skills, clear and concise communication skills, proficient computer skills, proficient social media skills, are unafraid of taking on challenges and big goals, are innovative and ambitious. At least two years experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred. Candidates will be required to source, cold call and follow up on sales leads, help the lead determine the best strategy through consultations, close sales and maintain ongoing customer relationships. Niche/industry specific experience which can be utilized to target specific industries is a plus. Must be located in the United States.
Our Selection Process
For this position, we follow a two interview process. Both interviews will be conducted via online video conference. Any no-shows will be automatically rejected. While your qualifications are of much importance, much of our selection is determined from the interviews. From over 400 interviews conducted, we have given offers to only 4%.
